This program is a Security Deposit waiver related to physical damages caused to the building by the resident. This program covers physical damage caused by the resident and/or their guests inside the unit up to one (1) month’s rent. This program covers physical damage caused by the resident and/or their guests that continues outside the unit up to $100,000. This is a required program.
The apartment homes come pre-wired with fiber optic service. This internet package offers 300mbps. This is a required package.
You have 72 hours from the time of an approved application to cancel their application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.

Yes. The maximum weight allowed is 45 lbs. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. There is a fee of $250 per pet. Owner reserves the right to limit the number, type, size, or breed of any pet that is permitted on the premises. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted at any time: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, or any other breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or that is banned by local law.
RentPlus is a service that helps residents build their credit by reporting their on-time rent payments to all three major credit bureaus. It allows residents to establish a payment history similar to a mortgage. RentPlus also provides financial education, budgeting tools, and access to a nationally certified credit counselor. The service captures rental payment data directly from the Property Management System, saving leasing teams time.
